- Application details: date of birth, gender, category, parent or guardian name, address, academic results, entrance exam details and the programmes you apply for.
- Documents you upload: photographs, identity documents, marksheets and certificates required for admission.
- Enquiries: details you share in counselling, contact and newsletter forms.
How we use it
- To process your applications and share them with the universities you choose.
- To let our admissions team and, where you applied through one, your partner counsellor review and track your application.
- To contact you about your applications and enquiries.
Who can see your documents
Uploaded documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. Only you, the partner who submitted your application (if any) and our admissions team can open them. We share them with a university only to apply on your behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep application records and documents for as long as needed to complete your admission and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and documents once they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can view and update your profile at any time from your student portal. To access, correct or delete your information, contact us using the details below.
